The first thing that makes the most sense in the New Year is learning "Time Management ". The reason why I think about time management is that I lost my goal and wasted a lot of good time in the past year. Therefore, I decided to make good use of all my time in this year, achieve your annual goals.
1. Why do we need time management?

Time is fortune! Think about it. If you receive $86400 every day and require you to use it out every day, how would you use it? Is there such a good thing in the world? Actually, yes. That is time. Every day, every one of us has 86400 seconds to make money and use them properly. You can create wealth, love, success, and health. One of the two most valuable assets in life is the mind and the other is time. No matter what you do, it takes time even if you don't have to worry about it. Therefore, the level of management time determines the success or failure of your career and life. There are 168 hours each week, of which 56 hours have been spent in sleep, 21 hours have been spent in meals and rest, you can decide what to do for the remaining 91 hours-13 hours a day. It is an important skill to manage time based on your values and goals. It allows you to control your life, make good use of time, and move in your own direction without losing your way in the chaos.

2. Why am I wasting my time?

There are many reasons, subjective reasons, and objective reasons. Subjective reasons are the root cause of a waste of time, so let's look at the subjective reasons:
(1) Unclear objectives;
(2) style dragging;
(3) lack of priority and inability to grasp the key points;
(4) focusing too much on details;
(5) do things without a head or tail;
(6) being unorganized, concise, and complicated;
(7) the event must be handled in person and cannot be authorized;
(8) do not reject others' requests;
(9) negative thinking.

Iii. Ten Key points of time management

(1) the first key to time management is to set a clear goal. Success is equal to the goal. The purpose of time management is to allow you to achieve more goals in the shortest time; you must write four to ten goals for this year, find a core goal, arrange the importance in sequence, and set detailed plans based on your goals, your key is to follow the plan.

(2) the key to the second time management is to list everything you need to do this year and cut down the target. the annual target is cut into a quarterly target, listing what to do in each quarter; 2. quarterly targets are cut into monthly targets and re-listed at the beginning of each month. When an emergency occurs and the target is changed, it is promptly adjusted. list all things to be completed next week every Sunday. 4. list the things to be done the next day every night.

(3) the key to the third time management is the Law of 20: 80. Use 80% of your time to do the most important thing. Therefore, you must understand that for you, which of the following are the most important and productive tasks. When talking about time management, there are so-called urgent and important things. But what should we do? Of course, the first thing to do must be an urgent and important task. Usually these are some unexpected troubles, some disasters, and some problems that cannot be solved. When you deal with these things every day, it means that your time management is not ideal. Successful people spend the most time doing the most important, but not urgent, these are so-called high productivity. However, most people do urgent but unimportant tasks. You must learn how to make important things urgent, and then you will immediately begin to do highly productive things.

(4) The key to the fourth time management is to have at least half an hour to one hour of uninterrupted time every day. If you can have an hour without human interference, keep yourself in your room, think about things, or do things that you think are the most important. This hour can offset your work efficiency in one day, and sometimes this hour is even better than your work in three days.

(5) The Key to the fifth period of time management is to be consistent with your values and cannot conflict with each other. You must establish your personal values. If the values are unclear, it is hard for you to know what is most important to you. If your values are unclear, the time allocation will be poor. The focus of time management is not on how to allocate time. You never have time to do everything, but you always have time to do the most important thing for you.

(6) The sixth key to time management is to do the most efficient things every minute and every second. You must think about which of the most efficient things is best for you to do a good job, column down and assign time to do it well. (Always direct targeting-performance <=> Promotion)

(7) The Key to the seventh period of time management should be fully authorized; list all the things in your current life that you think can be authorized, write them down, and then start to ask for authorization, find the appropriate person to authorize, which is more efficient.

(8) The key to eighth time management: it is best to finish the same type of things at a time. If you are doing a paper job, you will always do it on paper during that time. If you are thinking, you can only think for a while. If you make a call, you 'd better accumulate the call to finish it at a certain time. When you repeat one thing, you will become familiar with things and improve efficiency.

(9) The key to ninth time management: Make time logs; record in detail what time you spent, and take a bath from your teeth every day, how much time does it take to dress in the morning, how long it takes to get a ride in the morning, and how long it takes to visit the customer in the morning, record the time spent every day, and what you have done, and what time you will find wasted. Only when you find the root cause of a waste of time can you change it.

(10) The Key to the tenth period of time management: Time is greater than money. If you use your money to exchange for others' successful experiences, you must learn from top people. Always choose carefully, this will save you a lot of time. If you are with a successful person, it takes him 40 years to succeed. If you are with ten such people, did you concentrate on four hundred years of experience?

Iv. Theory of time management

The first is the "Six-Point priority work system", which requires that you do everything necessary to do the six most important tasks every day. This approach is a time management method proposed by the consulting master abuvi worth $25 thousand. The second is the principle of the "true". The core content of this approach is that 80% of the results in life are almost 20% of activities, that is, the second eight theory. In accordance with this principle, we should first complete urgent and important tasks, second, important rather than urgent tasks, and second, urgent rather than important tasks, the last is the work that is neither important nor urgent. It is important to know whether to watch a movie or write a report tonight. The third theory is MOFA's rest method, that is, do not do the same job for a long time, but often do different content work, maintain spiritual points of attention, and actively adjust and relax. The fourth is McKinsey's 30-Second elevator theory. It is said that McKinsey once lost a customer because the customer's chairman met McKinsey's project manager in the elevator and asked him to talk about the results of the project, the poor project manager did not make the results clear within 30 seconds of the elevator operation. Later, McKinsey asked employees to express themselves clearly and go straight to the topic. Everything should be summarized within three. This is the 30-Second elevator theory or elevator speech.
