Start PowerPoint 2003/2007, click the tools → macros →visual Basic Editor command, open the Visual Basic Editor window, right-click the VBAProject on the left side of the window, and select the Insert → module command. Insert a code module, then enter the code in the Right code window, close the Visual Basic Editor window, and the module code you entered will be saved automatically, and then click the "file → save" command on the menu to save the PowerPoint presentation to the "F:background" directory. The file name is "BULK insert background picture. ppt".
Tip: In the code we provide, ". Background.Fill.UserPicture "F:background" & I & ". jpg" means that the background picture inserted into the slide is saved in the "F:background" directory, and the background picture is formatted as JPG, if there are different , please change it yourself.
Then click the menu "tools → customize" command, open the Customize dialog box and switch to the Commands tab, and then select the Macros option in the list box under Categories, where the macro that we just added appears in the list box below command (figure).
In the diagram interface, drag the Charupic macro in the list box under commands to any location in the toolbar. After releasing the mouse, a button named "Charupic" appears on the toolbar, right-clicking the button, and changing the name of the button to "Bulk insert background picture" in the right-click menu that appears. , select your favorite picture as the background of the button in the Change Button Image submenu, and finally close the Customize dialog box.
