I created a reiserfs partition, but when I modified the/etc/fstab file to set automatic mounting, it failed. I used to set the vfat partition to automatically mount: /dev/sda5/media/study vfat iocharset = utf8, umask = 000 0 0 has been successful. When setting reiserfs this time, the system fails to mount the vfat partition by executing cat/proc/filesystems. The system can support reiserfs and execute dmesg to export the startup information as prompted, the above shows the REISERFS warning (device sda12): super-6502 reiserfs_getopt: unknown mount option "iocharset = utf8". I tried to mount it with the mount command to remove "iocharset = utf8 ", still failed. After "umask = 000" is removed, it will succeed. What is this?
