PS Create blur self-photographed dream white skin

Tutorial to friends to make use of PS to create a blur from the photo dream of white skin. The tutorial is not very difficult, like friends hurry to learn from it!

Final effect

First, open the original material, press CTRL + J to copy a layer of background layer, and then change the layer blending mode to "filter color."

Second, create a new layer, press CTRL + ALT + Shift + e-stamped layer, execute: filter > Noise > Reduce noise, and set the parameters as shown on the right.

Third, the creation curve adjusts the layer, the parameter sets the following diagram, respectively to the red, the green, the blue channel adjusts.
