Steps

1, open PS

3, select the content to feather. Locate the selection tool, taking the oval tool as an example and selecting the picture content on the picture. As shown in the figure, hold down the CTRL key and select the positive circle.

4, select-Reverse, select the edge of the image. or ctrl+shift+i the reverse selection.

5, then you click the right mouse button to find feather fill the feather radius, the larger the value, the larger the feather range. It's not usually a big value. Click OK

6, press DELETE delete key. Click on the small eyes as shown to hide the background layer.

Attention matters

The selection tool is not limited to elliptical tools, but also rectangular tools, or multilateral tools, and you can use the Pen tool to tick the shapes you want to feather.
