Publish App-V apps with Xenapp/xendesktop--install app-V servers

After XenApp 6.5, XenApp is not using stream mode, and instead uses app-V to deliver similar application packaging delivery and streaming mode delivery.

App-V is no stranger to many people, it is included in the MDOP package, along with Medv, Uev, providing a flexible way to virtualize.

In order to consolidate to xenapp/xendesktop, first install the app-V server.

Specify the name and port of the Management Server site and the publisher site, and the users or groups that specify administrative permissions, respectively.
