The platforms folder under the PYQT5 plugins is copied directly under the 64-bit Windows system to the same EXE directory, but the QT platform plugin ' windows ' error is not found under the 32-bit system.

Solution:

Create a new plugins folder in the EXE directory, and then move the Platfroms folder to the new folder, and modify the main method to add the following code:

QApplication.addLibraryPath("./plugins")
