1. Open the URL https://pypi.python.org/pypi/numpy to find the version of NumPy that corresponds to the version of Python installed.

My version of Python is

The corresponding numpy version of the download is

2. Download the numpy to the Scripts folder in the Python installation directory

3. Then execute the following command in CMD

pip3.6 Install D:\JAVA\PYTHON36\SCRIPTS\NUMPY-1.13.3-CP36-NONE-WIN_AMD64.WHL
