As soon as I arrived at the company today, I was anxious to read the published books. Turning over, my face turned gloomy, because not a few pictures, but more than 30 pictures, when editing all English images, the translator's work is almost the same as that of white.

I checked with the editor that the original Committee was an editing problem. The editor was so careless that I did not go into details when I found the problem. I am most dissatisfied with this kind of practice and attitude that easily let go of my doubts. It is also an enemy of the survival and development of the team. However, the relevant cadres do not have a deep understanding of this, but they have a strong sense of it, impetuous and proud are so difficult to stay away from us that we will always use quality accidents to tell us that the habit of simplicity and perfection is far from us. This is not the case. I can easily see that the table in the middle of the editorial department is full of dust, and it is easy to see that my cadres have strictly asked themselves to start making excuses for their actions.

It is not easy to stick to a good value. It is easy for people to do one thing well. It is also easy to do two things well, but it is not easy to maintain a high level. Brand Awareness is far from us. Do not always praise us if you trust and support our bloggers. I hope that you will supervise us more, because people are easy to relax.

After thinking about it, it is still my problem. The management is lax and the management is not in place. It does not help new people to establish strict quality awareness. Therefore, the editor accepts the penalty.
