Questions about F9 and some initial installation settings

For a question about F9 and a little bit of initial installation-general Linux technology-Linux technology and application information, the following is a detailed description. After the installation was completed in the afternoon, the installation process went smoothly without any problems. In the graphic mode, there is an extra Network Manager applet than F8, and there is always no connection and I don't know how to solve it. The chm document cannot be opened even if chmsee is installed. If you can right-click another partition and choose not to mount the volume, you have to run the command to mount the file. It is quite good. At last, the Mount icon is not displayed on the desktop. Does F8 have write permission on some folders such as usr? Currently, F9 does not allow writing. Do you need to set folder permissions?
Initial Configuration
Select Chinese support during installation and set scim. The font is quite good. I feel the same as my WINDOS, so I didn't have any font.
Switch root configuration to sudo
Echo "china. sgl ALL = (ALL) ALL">/etc/sudoers
Echo "china. sgl ALL = (ALL) NOPSSWD: ALL">/etc/sudoers
Exit
Test
Sudo whoami
Return to root.
Then add/usr/sbin to the PATH
Third-party source
Sudo rpm-ivh http://rpm.livna.org/livna-release-9.rpm
Sudo yum install yum-fastestmirror
Sudo yum install nautilus-open-terminal
If you do not need to install the software, it is the same as F8, that is, when you make install, you must add sudo to the front. Otherwise, the system prompts that you have no permissions.
