Questions about vsftp

For more information about vsftp-Linux general technology-Linux technology and application, see the following. The vsftp is set up to allow local users in the user_list list to log on, but not anonymous users.

When you use the xp command line for access, a message is displayed, indicating that the request is denied. The logon attempt is made by the system using an anonymous account. The logon dialog box is not displayed.
Ftp: // 192.168.168.1

Then you can use the username and password to successfully log on.
Ftp: // vina: 123123@192.168.168.1

How can I make the login box appear? This is not the case.
Logon failure, direct rejection, and no chance

How can I disable this anonymous account ?? Or how can I configure it to achieve the above results ??
