After the solution is enabled, F5 enables debugging and the preceding error message is displayed.
Search on Baidu and obtain the following method:

Open IIS and view it in IISSite Information (attributes ),Select "Directory Security", click "Edit..." on the right of "Anonymous Access and authentication control", and select "Integrated Windows Authentication ".
