R & D management tip (2)

1. For very abstract underlying projects, testing should be guided by R & D testers. (Especially driven by the architect) if you try to make the test fully understand the project, it may take more time and the effect is unsatisfactory. It can even be determined by the R & D personnel for testing personnel to write and implement the actual test scripts.

 

2. for data-driven projects, you can develop the DaO Layer Before customizing the product interface requirements. For purely functional-driven projects, you can develop product prototypes first.

 

3. The assignment and assessment tasks are very simple, and the implementation tasks are the longest. The importance of task assessment is to ensure quality, and the respect and encouragement to R & D personnel. It is pleasing to the eye and a good form of quality control to allow R & D personnel to present their achievements to the fullest extent.
