1. In actual development, if there are several project team members entangled in technical implementation difficulties. It is better to write the interface to connect upstream and downstream, and the entire system can run, and then solve the specific technical problems of internal modules. In this way, the entire project can be pushed forward quickly, and some Members will not be idle due to inconsistent progress.
2. Several document outline review meetings can be convened before formal documents are written in communications with testing and business personnel, and the R & D owner can participate in the review. Otherwise, when the official documents are published, the two parties may find that there is a great deviation in understanding.
3. When the requirements are complex or the product team is confused, make sure to create a prototype system to locate the requirements based on the prototype.
