Today, I read this part of "the crowd becomes wise" and think it is a solution for managing complicated things. That is, starting from simple things, making them operate independently, and then building a level. Part of the book is excerpted as follows:
The brain and body are constructed in the same way, from the bottom up. You start with simple behavior-instinct or reflection. Mr. Zhang made a small neural loop that could complete simple work, and then let a large number of similar loops run. Then, complex behaviors stand out from a large number of reflection actions that work effectively, and you can build a second level. No matter whether the second level takes effect or not, the initial level will continue to operate. However, when the second level tries to generate a more complex behavior, it will include the behavior at the following level. The following is a set of universal distributed control methods developed.
- Do simple first
- Learn to do simple things accurately and without errors
- Add a new activity level based on the results of a simple task
- Do not change simple things
- Make the new level work as accurate as a simple level
- Repeat the preceding steps, and so on.
This method can also be used to manage any complexity. In fact, it is also used for this.
