Receive images uploaded by iOS

Thanks for the big guy from my ABP group. Provide valuable reminders.

The chicken broke my nerves for a few weeks.

Cause, my front-end dto receive way parameters too much (direct request httppostedfilebase type data), I want to streamline. The ABP API is not able to receive images directly like ASPX (see base class, there is no httprequestbase this method like the normal controller.)

Let the mobile side use Base64 encoding, into the base64 bit string to the service layer, let the post-service layer decoding.
