Red Hat has just released the Red Hat Enterprise Linux5.5, which mainly supports IntelBoxboro-EX, AMDMagny-Cours processors, and IBMPower7 processors. It also improves the virtualization function, supports multiple 10 gsr-iov cards and automatic use of big data pages for virtual customers' memory. Other improvements include OpenOffice upgrade and Samba compatibility with Windows 7.
