First, Introduction

Redis supports synchronizing data to multiple slave, a feature that is useful for improving read performance

1) Master can have more than one slave

2) In addition to multiple slave connected to the same master, slave can also be connected to other slave to form a graphic structure

3) Master-slave replication does not block the primary, meaning that when one or more slave and master connections are replicated, master can continue to process requests from clients, whereas slave will block when the data is first synchronized and cannot handle client requests

4) Master-slave replication can be used to improve the scalability of the system, we can use multiple slave specifically responsible for client read requests, can do data redundancy

5) You can disable data persistence in master, just comment out the save configuration for Master Profile redis.conf, and then only configure persistence in slave
