Modified environment variables for java_home after 1.7 installation

After the modification succeeds, the 1.8 version number appears in the CMD input Java-verson

Workaround: Move the%java_home%/bin in the environment variable path to the front to resolve.

Because when installing software with JDK such as Oracle, the variable value of a JDK path is automatically written to the front of the path, and my Oracle point to the JDK is the 1.8 version of the JDK, the cmd input java-version or 1.8 version number.
