Reports starter kit (Asp.net 1.1) Database Installation notes

An error occurred when installing the database for the first time because of date issues.
The following statement has a problem:

1 Cast ( ' ' As datetime), cast ( ' ' As datetime ),

There are three ways to install a database:
1. Install the English version SQL Server2000 (unrealistic)
2. Execute the following SQL statement
Exec sp_defaultlanguage 'sa ', 'us _ English'
Then modify the user's default language to English. I have tried it. It is feasible and may fail once. It takes several times ..

3. the most complex one is to modify the datetime format of the SQL file and convert it to the format of "xxxx/XX/xx.
