A cabling system is a network in a building or building group, and is the basis for intelligence. Project Overview

This integrated wiring project mainly refers to the Integrated Wiring of the newly created plant of the plant, the data sharing of the new plant, office building, and the other two plant buildings. The new plant has three floors in total, with a frame structure. The data points are two in each office. The computer center data center has the Information Department on the second floor of the office building.

It is required that the integrated structured cabling of the office building be completed while the building is being decorated. The Office is used to design integrated structured cabling. A cable shaft is provided for cabling.

Computer network servers and switches, the Main Wiring price, and cabinets are all placed in the computer network control room on the second floor of the office building.

The Optical Fiber System of the factory buildings is mainly used to connect three factories and one office building. Two factories are connected to the office building through optical fiber, a large ring network must be formed between the new plant and the existing network because of its distance. All computer workstations in the network are centrally controlled by the computer center of the Office Building Information Department. The new plant No. 2 is located on the side of another plant, and optical fiber cabling should be laid over the air.

2. Modularization

Except for the horizontal cables fixed in buildings, all connectors of structured cabling systems are modular standard parts for convenient management and expansion. This reduces the number of spare parts in the slave Port during maintenance after the slave port is put into operation, provides fast Fault Detection and positioning, and provides easy operation management. It uses a star structure to make some wiring changes from the center to bring various circuit signals into any structure.

3. Integrity

Includes unshielded twisted pair wires, cross connections, adapters, connectors, sockets and connectors, transmission appliances, equipment, test equipment and tools.

4. Flexibility

The system transmission media can be flexibly and economically selected based on the actual bandwidth needs, without the need to coordinate with different manufacturers for wiring, which can be easily combined with different products of different manufacturers, A complete network system.

At the same time, its flexible combination provides the greatest convenience for service and management. 5. Openness

The purpose of the system is to simplify the standard system of the project by establishing the standard of the cabling system, so that it is very successful and simple to connect all the communication, computer, monitoring and Image devices of different manufacturers. These systems and devices include:

* Voice: The system supports analog and digital PBX and CENTREX circuits that comply with today's international standards, as well as basic and initial rate transmission of ISDN.

* Data: the system meets the communication standards of EIA and CCITT communications and products of various computer companies, such as IBM, HP, WANG, and FUJITSU.

This design scheme mainly takes into account the needs of data transmission, voice transmission and video transmission, but the line itself provides the basis for a variety of applications.

Overall design objectives and guiding ideology

1. Guiding Ideology

First, we should fully consider the needs of future system integration. When intelligent systems need to be integrated to play a common role or implement functions separately, they can be easily and flexibly implemented on the Integrated Wiring platform, the Integrated Wiring System is designed in strict accordance with the international EIA/TIA568 Industrial and Commercial Building wiring standards, and ensures the stability and reliability of the system operation in the next decade. The Integrated Wiring System should be compatible, open, and scalable.

2. Design Level

According to the information point design level of the smart Building Integrated Wiring System (see table 1), it is proposed to be designed according to the actual situation and requirements of the plant integrated structured wiring. It is designed based on two data points in each office and two voice points (one internal line and one external line.

Solution Design

According to the customer's actual situation and needs, we designed the overall cabling of office buildings according to the class C standard, that is, each room has two data points and two language points, and both of them can be used in a universal manner, the distribution points of Integrated Wiring information of plant 2 of the customer are preliminarily designed as shown in table 2 below.

Note: 1. two data points and one voice point are designed for each office according to the office area of the customer's No. 2 plant.

2. There are two external leased lines on the second floor, which are used to connect the INTERNET, establish WAN connections, and connect the office building. One is an internal line, eight data points are set, and computer equipment are connected.

3. Other data points and voice points are reserved for connecting to the production workshop.

There are 22 information points in the entire building, including 16 data points and 6 voice points. All information points are designed in accordance with the cat5e standard to achieve a data transmission speed of MB and all information points can be used for voice and data usage through line adjustment. The distribution frame is set up in the storage room on the second floor, and the optical fiber trunk box and network switch are placed in it. The sum of vertical distance and horizontal distance between the storage room on the second floor to the information point on the first and third floors is less than 90 M, in order to facilitate centralized management, horizontal wiring rooms are no longer deployed on each layer. All wiring and management in plant 2 are on the second floor. cables are directly transferred from the distribution frame to various information points, all cables to the distribution frame exit from the weak current well in the middle of the floor and remove the wall from the ceiling to each information point. All information points are in a dark box. All integrated wiring products use over five categories of yuefeng cabling, that is, cat5e twisted pair wires, cat5e information sockets, cat5e jumpers, cat5e modules, etc., to provide M data transmission speed, it meets the needs of high-speed Ethernet and ATM network data transmission, thus laying the foundation for high-speed data transmission.

The following describes the subsystems of the entire cabling system in detail.

1. workspace Subsystem

The workspace subsystem consists of various office areas. Each office area is equipped with a cat5e dual-hole information outlet that connects one phone and one computer through a soft line. Required materials include cat5e soft cables, cat5e information modules, panels, RJ45 class.

2. Horizontal cabling subnet system

The horizontal trunk cable system extends the cable from the distribution frame of the management subsystem to the user information outlet. We use cat5e unshielded twisted pair wires for the horizontal trunk cable system, it can increase the data transmission rate by 100 Mb/s, and is a super five unshielded twisted pair cable with excellent performance. It is estimated that a total of five cat5e twisted pair boxes (305 Mb/s boxes) are required. The calculation basis is as follows:

C = [0.55 (L + S) + 6] * [I/O]

I/O: 22

L distance from the distribution frame to the farthest information point: 3*4 + 28 + 4 + 5 = 49 M

S indicates the distance from the distribution frame to the nearest information point: 4 + 5 = 9 M

C indicates the total used line.

C = [0.55 (49 + 9) + 6] * 22 = 792 M = 3 boxes (300 m/box)

3. Management Subsystem

The management subsystem is located in the storage room on the second floor of plant 2, which consists of communication, interconnection and I/O equipment. According to the actual wiring requirements of the building, our entire cabling system only has one management system in the storage room. All the devices in the management subsystem use cat5e devices, including distribution frame, mounting plate, winding ring, 2 pairs of cat5e jumper, white label, tape, and outlet information label. The specific equipment is as follows:

Select a winding ring. Quantity: 4

Use white tape, white label, and information outlet label.

4. sub-systems between devices

The network switch is placed in the storage room on the second floor of plant 2. It is connected to the distribution frame through jumpers and cables, and the computer network server is placed in the computer network center data center of the Information Department of the office building, the network server is connected to the main distribution frame by jumper and cable after the HUB.

Wiring protection and Installation

1. Work Zone

Based on the building structure of the office building, yuefeng's Chinese dual-port wall-type information outlet is selected to provide standard RJ45 interfaces for telephone and computer access. For the sake of appearance, all information outlets adopt the hidden buried type. For active devices, a single-hole three-phase power supply should be set up near the information outlet.

2. Horizontal Cable Laying

The horizontal cable is buried by the weak current shaft in the wiring room and by the ceiling along the wall. To the standard information outlet, all the cables must have PVC casings, strong and weak current cable trough must be separated during construction, and the distance should be above 30CM.

3. Production and installation of distribution cabinets in the wiring room

In the wiring room should be made a distribution cabinet, the material is a metal cabinet, Length: 1 2 0 0 M, width: 1 0 0 0 M, thick: 5 0 0 M, place an active panel in the middle of the Cabinet, and drill some fixed holes on the panel to fix the distribution frame.

The six-unit cabinet is placed under the distribution cabinet, and the cables are routed from the distribution frame to the network equipment in the cabinet through the PVC trough. The metal base and Distribution Cabinet of any distribution frame shall be grounded and the grounding resistance shall not exceed 3 ohm.
