SAP ides automatic archiving is disabled.

If many people ask me this question, paste it:

 

1. Connect to sqlplus.

2. Disable the archive mode.

A. Shutdown immediate;

Information Feedback:

Database closed.

Database dismounted.
Oracle instance shut down

 

B. startup Mount;

Information Feedback:

Oracle instance started.
....

 

C. Alter database noarchivelog;
Information Feedback:

Database altered.

 

D. Alter database open;
Information Feedback:

Database altered.

 

E. archive log list;

Information Feedback :...

From this we can see that the archive log has been disabled.

 

Check whether the archive mode is disabled in ides. The transaction code is db26. check the parameter log_archive_start. The parameter value is false. Archive is disabled.

 

All the archived logs in the archive directory can be deleted.
