Section one VMware View 6.0 Novice Starter Environment preparation

Recently completed the VMware View 6.0 experiment, in order to experience the real test environment, the preparation of a I5, 16G, 80G SSD, 300G SATA, 1G network card desktop computer for the experiment.

1. VMware View 6.0 Infrastructure:

Domain controller: A required component of VMware View 6.0, providing unified account and certification support for view.

VMware VSphere (ESXi): Back-end virtual machine support platform.

VMware vCenter Server: Virtual machine management platform.

2. VMware View 6.0 components:

View Manager: What we call a connection server for managing desktops and applications as well as DRS publishers .

View Security server: Secure servers that are used to securely connect to desktops and DRS programs in the intranet from outside the network.

View Composer: Supports rapid creation of thousands of virtual desktops from parent images (desktop templates).

View Thinapp: Package your application into a single executable program that does not require installation to run, enabling thin clients and applications

Rapid deployment and management of the program.

View Agent: The proxy for the desktop for installation on a template virtual machine.

View client: Clients connecting to the desktop (with Windows system version, Apple System version, Android system version).

3. VMware View Frame composition
