Set bootargs to parameters-Linux general technology-Linux programming and kernel information. The following is a detailed description. Bootargs = root =/dev/ram rw initrd = "0x308000", 6000000 console = "ttyS0", 115200 mem = "64 M"
The U-BOOT does not set bootargs to the parameter.
Check the include/configs/yangchu2410.h file of the U-BOOT and find that the definition is not as follows:
# Define CONFIG_CMDLINE_TAG 1/* enable passing of ATAGs */
# Define CONFIG_SETUP_MEMORY_TAGS 1
# Define CONFIG_INITRD_TAG 1
The # define CONFIG_CMDLINE_TAG 1 must be set when the ingress line is passed. Therefore, add the above definition to the include/configs/yangchu2410.h file.
After the definition, re-compile the U-BOOT, burn to nand flash, start the board.
Run the 2.6.20.3linux compiled above, and the parameter information displayed in the kernel startup information is consistent with that set in the U-BOOT.
Set bootargs for U-BOOT: noinitrd root = "/dev/mtdblock/2" console = "ttyS0" mac = "00: 01: 5d: 68: 7a: 0f ", run the linxu Kernel on the startup disc and see the following exciting words:
