Several issues with PayPal upgrade

I am self-shop, using Linux apache MySQL PHP run Zencart program, recently received PayPal email reminder, said PayPal to upgrade, need to let the server also to upgrade,

There are 3 main points as above:
1.paypal Upgrade SSL certificate, support SHA256 and G5
2. Upgrade to TLS1.2
3.paypal IPN service needs to use HTTPS callback later

I am using paypal Website Payments (standard) to pay the process such as:

In a few steps:
The 1th step is for guests to pay on the PayPal website
The 2nd step is that PayPal sends IPN information to the website
The 3rd step is that the website will receive the 2nd step of the message back to post to the PayPal API, this step to protect against man-in-the-middle attack
The 4th step is whether PayPal sends a payment for successful verification information to the website.

Then, against two pictures, I need to pay attention to the 3rd step, will receive the post information is sent back to PayPal certification, PayPal upgrade needs to upload to an https address, I look at the code, has been using HTTPS, then the problem came, Does this step need to upgrade the server to support SHA256 and G5?
