Microsoft's SharePoint (MOSS) internal mail is sent in SMTP mode without Account Verification. emails sent out in this mode are identified as spam by most mail systems (Gmail and SMTP, therefore, unfortunately, many important emails sent by Moss are still in the garbage collection, which does not serve as a reminder to the client and delay the progress. The use of mail direct (http://www.ocloudsoft.com/) can be a good solution to this problem, it can be through the SMTP server verified by other accounts for forwarding (direct advertising ), in this way, emails sent out will not be treated as spam. Of course, there will be some problems in use.

1. The latest version 2.6 is not cracked, so you can only use the old version 2.5. In this way, the system will remind you of the upgrade at startup, and the pop-up box affects the use of the system.

Solution: Use a vro to prohibit access to the site www.ocloudsoft.com from the IP address, so that it will not receive updates and will not be reminded.

2. You need to log on to the software to start the listening service. Most of the software installed on the server is unattended.

Solution: Set automatic logon in the Windows registry (Google or Baidu for the relevant methods). Of course, for the sake of system security, it is best to set screen saver, automatically enter the screen saver in a few minutes, and require a password.
