7. Select "Insert"-"curve"-"helix", the Spiral property manager appears on the left side of the sketch interface. In the Define as Drop-down menu, select pitch and number of loops. In the "Parameters" option to do the following settings, select "Constant pitch", pitch input 1.62, the number of laps input 1.5, check the reverse checkbox, the starting angle input 0°, select clockwise, determine the following helix generated.

8, select "Insert"-"curve"-"combination curve", in the appearance of the interface, respectively, click on the sketch of the Helix 1, Helix 2, Helix 3. Click OK on the left to generate the combined curve.


9, click "Features", select "Reference geometry" in the "Datum plane", select the sketch point and sideline, generate datum 2. into the sketch drawing interface, with the original point as the center, draw a circle of 1.6mm diameter, exit the sketch drawing.


10, click "Scan", select "Sketch 4" in the outline of scan attribute, the path chooses "combine Curve 1", click OK Complete Scan. As the diagram completes the production of the spring.
