Solution for garbled Chinese version of Asp.net code in English version

In the Chinese version of Asp.net, I made a small ProgramIn the English version of Win 2003, a problem occurred. The Chinese text showed garbled characters, checked a lot of information, and finally changed the settings in Web. config:
<Globalization responseencoding = "gb2312" requestencoding = "gb2312" fileencoding = "gb2312" Culture = "ZH-CN"/>

The result is displayed normally.

However, since the database still uses the Chinese version of SQL Server, if it is changed to the English version, it is not clear whether the display is normal.
