Solution for inconsistent checksum during Ubuntu update

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Finally, I found that the problem was solved when I updated Bzip2 from http://extras.ubuntu.com/ubuntu.

So I found the place where the source is set:Remove two independent source hooks from other software.Then update it!
