Solution to enabling ie during ASP. NET project debugging

Recently, a colleague encountered a strange problem, the same ASP.. Net project. After pressing F5 on the machine, the system can normally enter the debugging status. However, after pressing F5, vs2005 seems to be in the debugging status, however, it's strange that IE doesn't pop up. After some searching, we found the solution is as follows:
1. In "solution Resource Manager" in vs2005, find the project startup page, right click, and select "Browse mode (h)..." from the menu )...".
2. In the displayed dialog box, select "Microsoft Internet Explorer (default)" in the browser options, and then click "set as default ( D.
3. Delete the dialog box X.
Generally, after VS is installed, the default browser here should be Ie. This is probably because other browsers are installed and "set as default browser" is selected during installation ", the registry value was modified, causing the options to be implicated. When the browser was deleted, the PP was not cleaned and the registry value was not changed. Therefore, after "F5, vs cannot find the corresponding browser.
