Solution to failure in receiving/transferring files on Windows 64-bit computer

1. In win7 64-bit, we open the computer QQ, and then click "set" on the panel (as shown in the figure below );

2. Click "security settings"-"secure transmission" on the system panel, as shown in the following figure;

3. Check whether the security settings are high. If so, we only need to change the "high" to "medium" or "low, in this case, we can select to smoothly receive and transmit files.

Simple security settings for file transmission through the QQ system. In general, this is not the reason for the system, but the problem of permission settings. Therefore, you can set the settings according to the above methods.
