Note: The newly allocated space must be larger than the original Wubi space. Otherwise, the replication cannot be completed correctly. You must have enough space in the partition where you install Wubi.
LPVM cannot be expanded directly on the original. disk file, but must be generated separately. If the original Wubi space is 5 GB, you want to allocate it to 10 GB, note that the partition where Wubi is installed must have more than 15 GB space to ensure the normal operation of LPVM.
Basic operations:
1. download the deb package of LPVM and run the installation directly under Ubuntu. You can find it in the system menu> System tool> LPVM.
2. run LPVM. we need to re-allocate the size and select resize.
3. enter the new size you want.

6. restart to enter your Windows and find the directory for Wubi installation. I am under D:/ubuntu. A disks folder is found in the folder. There should be new. disk, swap. disk, and a new. disk. Cut the root. disk and back it up. rename new. disk as root. disk. restart Ubuntu.
