2. Browse the following directories:

C:\Users\userprofile\AppData\Local\Mindjet\MindManager\15\DenaliCache\13

"UserProfile" is the login name for the account.

3. in this directory, there should be a folder named "13."

4. delete the folder.

5. Restart MindManager and link to mindjet Connect.

Windows XP:

1.  open My Computer .   in " tools " menu, go to " Folder Options " " view " "show hidden files and  Folders show hidden files and folders "

2. Browse the following directories: C:\Documents and Settings\userprofile\appdata\local settings\applicationdata\ Mindjet\mindmanager\15\denalicache\

3. in this directory, there should be a folder named "13."

4. delete the folder.

5. Restart MindManager and link to mindjet Connect.
