Solve the problem that centos6.6 is stuck in the selinux-policy-targeted package during installation

Recently, when centos6.6 was installed with VM11, it was stuck in the selinux-policy-targeted package. it didn't respond after half a day. it was repeated many times. for example, swap partition was added later during installation, the problem has been solved. this problem occurs because no swap partition is added in the previous installation, but the swap partition should be dispensable. the detailed causes need to be studied.
