If not, fix the system.
1. Press F8 at startup until the advanced option is displayed on the loose. Select "last correct configuration" and press enter to repair.
2. Press F8 at startup to go to safe mode and use the system restoration that comes with the system to restore it to a time when you have not encountered this fault.
3. If the fault persists, use the system disk for repair. Open the command prompt and enter SFC/SCANNOW and press enter (there is a space between SFC and/) to insert the original system disk to repair the system, the system automatically compares and fixes.
4. If the fault persists, set the optical drive in the BIOS as the first boot device to insert the system installation disk. Press the R key and select "Repair Installation.
5. If the fault persists, we recommend that you reinstall the operating system.
If it does not work, it is recommended to choose repair and installation, which means the system is repaired and the programs and files on the C drive are not lost.
A crash occurs when the computer is started, which can be divided into two types: a crash occurs during the boot self-check and a crash occurs when the operating system is loaded. The specific troubleshooting methods for crash failures during computer self-check are as follows.
(1) First, determine the situation before the computer fails. If the computer crashes after it is moved, it may be a great shock when it is moved, as a result, components inside the computer are loose and poor contact causes a crash. Open the chassis and retighten the memory, video card, and other devices.
(2) if the computer fails to start after the BIOS program is upgraded, it may be because the BIOS program fails to be upgraded or the BIOS program file is not compatible with the computer hardware, use the original BIOS program file to recover.
(3) If the computer fails to start after the BIOS program is set, modify the BIOS settings you have set back or use the "load bios ults (LOAD standard pre-settings)" command in the BIOS program) "option to recover the BIOS program.
(4) If the computer fails to start after the CPU overclock or upgrade, it may be caused by the CPU overclock or upgrade, you can restore the CPU frequency to normal or to the status before upgrade.
(5) If the display screen prompts "Keyboard Error (Keyboard Error)" or "Hard disk install failure (Hard disk installation failed)" when the boot starts, it indicates that the related device is not properly connected or damaged, reconnect or replace the faulty device.
(6) If the screen prompts "Disk Boot Failure (invalid Boot Disk)", the system file is lost or damaged, or the hard Disk partition table is damaged, the system file is repaired, or the hard Disk partition table is restored.
(7) if it is not the above problem, check whether the chassis is clean, because dust corrode the computer circuit and interface will cause poor contact between devices, resulting in a dead machine, so clean dust and equipment interfaces, faults caused by dust can be eliminated.
(8) If the fault is not rectified, the replacement method is used to solve the compatibility and quality problems of hardware and equipment.
The following describes how to repair a computer crash when it is loaded into the operating system.
(1) first, judge based on the displayed error prompt. If the system file cannot be found at startup, the system file may be lost or damaged. During maintenance, you can copy lost files from other computers with the same operating system to the faulty computer (some system files are not universal ).
(2) If a blue screen appears during startup and the system file cannot find the specified file, the system file cannot be read by the computer due to the bad drive. Start the computer with the boot disk, run the "Scandisk" Disk scan program, and detect and repair bad sectors on the hard disk.
(3) If there is no such fault, first use anti-virus software to scan and kill the virus, and then use "safe mode" to start the computer. If it cannot be started, the system file may be damaged and the operating system is reinstalled.
(4) If you use "safe mode", you can start the computer, and then exit and restart the system to check whether the computer has crashed.
(5) If the system still crashes, use the backup Windows registry to recover the system (if the system cannot be started, use the boot disk). Check whether the system is normal after recovery.
(6) If the server crashes, go to security mode, open the Start/Run dialog box, Enter sfc, and press Enter to start the System File Checker ", start to detect the system. If an error is found, the screen will prompt the name and path of the damaged file, insert the system disc, and select the "Restore File" command, lost or lost files will be restored.
(7) If the system still crashes, reinstall the operating system.
Discharge the BIOS battery (restoring the default BIOS factory value). We recommend that you unplug the video card and memory, clean up the hygiene, and polish the gold finger of the video card and memory.
You cannot start the operating system using the following diagnostic methods.
First, check whether the computer has started the operating system. If an operating system crashes, a blue screen, or an automatic restart occurs, the partition table of the hard disk and the primary boot record are normal, eliminate fault causes such as hard disk partition table damage, hard disk primary boot record damage, hard disk partition end Mark loss, etc. Then, use the following method for diagnosis.
Step 2: start the computer in safe mode to see if it can be started. If it cannot be started, it may be infected with viruses, loss of system files, damage to the operating system, bad sectors on the hard disk, conflicts with hardware devices, or hardware problems. Go to step 2. If you can enable the security mode, it may be caused by incompatibility between the hardware driver and the system, operating system problems, or virus infection.
Step 2: run anti-virus software. If there is a virus, it may be caused by the virus. After the virus is eliminated, restart the computer. If not, reinstall the operating system.
Step 2: If no virus is detected, you can use the "System Restore" function provided by the operating system to restore the system. If the system is normal after restoration, faults are caused by system damage. If the fault persists, the device driver may be incompatible with the system. Then, delete the drivers of the sound card, video card, network card, and other devices, and then install the drivers one by one, every time a device is installed, restart the computer to check which device's driver causes a fault. After detecting the fault, download the new driver of the faulty device and install it.
Step 2: If you cannot start from safe mode, use the installation disc to reinstall the operating system. If the operating system can be properly installed, go to step 7. If the operating system fails to be installed, such as a crash, blue screen, or reboot, the system cannot be installed, it should be caused by hardware problems or poor hardware contact.
Step 2: clean the dust in the computer, clean the gold finger of the memory, graphics card and other devices, re-install the memory and other devices, and then re-install the operating system. If the system can be installed normally, it is a fault caused by poor contact.
Step 2: If you still cannot install the system, it may be caused by a hardware fault. Next, use the replacement method to check hardware faults. Find the fault and replace the hardware.
Step 2: If the operating system can be properly installed and the fault disappears after installation, the fault is caused by system file damage.
Step 2: If the fault persists after the operating system is installed, it may be caused by bad sectors on the hard disk or incompatibility between the device driver and the system. Start the computer in safe mode. If the computer cannot be started, the fault is caused by bad sectors on the hard disk. Then, use the NDD disk tool to repair the bad track.
Step 2: If the security mode is enabled, it is caused by incompatibility between the device driver and the system. Then, delete the sound card, video card, network card, and other devices, install the driver one by one, and install the driver once to check which driver causes the fault. Download the new driver of the faulty device and install it. "
If none of the above methods works, you can reinstall the system. Now it will take about 10 minutes to install the system.
