# Rpm-qa | grepssh check whether the SSH package is installed. If no SSH package is installed, yuminstallopenssh-server and yuminstallopenssh-clients # chkconfig -- listsshd check whether SSHD is set to boot at the current running level

# Rpm-qa | grep ssh check whether an SSH package is installed


If not, yum install openssh-server and yum install openssh-clients


# Chkconfig -- list sshd check whether SSHD is set to boot at the current running level


# Chkconfig -- level 2345 sshd on. if it is not set to start, set it.


# Service sshd restart


# Netstat-antp | grep sshd check whether Port 22 is enabled.


# Iptables-nL check whether 22 ports are allowed.
