SQL Server Installation failures

Today, I helped install an SQL Server. My computer is a new server. I only installed Windows, system patches, and basic drivers.Program, Anti-virus software, gold disc K3.

As a result, SQL Server has not been installed for half a day and the problem cannot be found. At the end of the installation, the "installation program is starting the server and installing" interface does not stop. Later, I went online and looked up. Different people have different opinions, then, check the system status and change the installation directory. Later, an error was found in the log:

FCB: Open failed: failed to open device C:/program files/Microsoft SQL Server/MSSQL/data/templog. LDF for Virtual Device number (vdn) 2.

I cannot understand what vdn2 is. I can't even disable the optical drive in the hardware manager, and there is no unusual hardware for other devices. I will check the logs later, it was found that the tempdb file could not be opened, saying that another program was in use, and finally it was a bit eye-catching.

Check the system process and find that rising is running (not carefully checked before, so no). Turn it off and install it.
