The workaround is as follows:

Open the file where the error is in the folder ' D:\WWW\Services\SQLDATE\MSSQL10. Mssqlserver\mssql\log ', right--"properties"-"Security", click the user who starts with "Sqlservermssqluser" and set its permissions to support modifications. When you are done, open the SqlServer2008 Configuration Manager and start all normal.
