Start a business, the programmer can't say the pain

If you have been in the IT industry for more than five years, you have asked him if he wants to start his own business. If he says no, the 95% may be false.
However, I belong to one of the remaining 5%.
Perhaps influenced by my father, I was influenced by this education from an early age: Science is productivity, and only scientific and technological talents are worthy of respect. When I was a child in the factory, I always thought that my father was my idol. My father, who is my workshop director and sales director, Yun, was just a joke.
This is a bad mindset!
Maybe you think it has nothing to do with the startup of programmers. Don't worry. Let me talk about it slowly.
In the first years, I could say that I was crazy about technology, not just me. Many programmers of the same age had this experience: I read a book three days ago and started my project on the fourth day, then there is the overnight Adjustment Program. At that time, the Internet was not so popular, and even foreign languages were rare. If there was a problem, you should not count on anything except yourself. It must be a period of time that I still remember when I was 60 years old...
Slowly, we have grown up and matured, and the IT environment is also different every day.
After years of mixed it, I found that I am not really respected. When I had a quiet day, carefully and calmly considered some questions, I was shocked when I found out the answer from my heart.
At that time, in the company, I was also a technical backbone, and I was a little self-satisfied with my own technology. But I found that I have no say in my company, maybe I have never. The IT environment is becoming more and more competitive, or worse. At this time, all companies are shouting a word and getting louder: the market! As a result, technicians, including me, began to be marginalized by companies and markets. That is to say, if you are a technology-dominated company today, you will never see the technical staff alone. The worse the company, the less skilled the company has. When I was eating out with the company's senior executives and sales staff, I became more and more silent. I felt like a younger brother who was eating dinner with Big Brother.
In fact, I am not blind-eyed. I am not so emotional. I have to be carried by a sedan chair. It was just two years of hard work, but I was kicked out by the market.
If so, how can I find myself changing from a migrant worker one day? But I always think it personnel should be a respectable profession. Sorry, I don't mean to look down on migrant workers. It is a fact that migrant workers are not respected.
Is that an exaggeration? Maybe so.
A few years ago, I went on a business trip to a company in Beijing to create a project. During the meal, we arranged for a group of people to go to the dining room for dinner (most of Beijing's big companies had their own dining rooms). At that time, the company's hall was being decorated with 7 or 8 decoration workers, during the dinner, we arranged a crowded table, probably in a corner of the dining room. The reception staff took two sentences and walked with the plate, I said that I didn't look down on the migrant workers' brother and brother, but I felt that I was wearing a suit and a tie and a white-collar guy. It was very funny to squeeze in a group of cement-ash brothers.
No one treats you as a white-collar employee except me.
Similar treatment has been done before and after, and this time I was particularly impressed.
Gradually, I accept this fact, a fact that I don't want to accept.
The initial passion gradually came to a calm state, and the former avid technology was gradually gloomy.
I was once asked why I didn't do it myself?
I was around 28 years old and never thought of myself as a boss. I was misled by my childhood mistakes. As I gradually woke up, my heart hurt when I started to think about this problem.
Why do I say that entrepreneurship is a pain point that programmers cannot say in their hearts?
Most people engaged in technology are very proud. I am one of them. From an early age, it was hard to become a good boss for those who would be confused. Playing tricks is an important survival skill in this society. Unfortunately, most programmers do not.
People engaged in technology like to deal with computers. They are good at communicating with computers. However, we will not communicate with people. Many good programmers often think of it as "strange". The so-called "Strange talents" may mean this. On the one hand, the strange talents are highly viewed, but on the other hand, they are regarded as fools. Can you start a business? Can you visit the business sea? People will think that your mind is in the water.
Most people engaged in technology have a bit of strength, more or less. don't admit it. This kind of person may be persistent enough, but not flexible enough, and the most important survival skill in this society will be flexible, the so-called "Change is born, don't change is dead ". In Changsha, there is a word called "spiritual". You can understand what it means literally.
Most people engaged in technology have relatively simple interpersonal relationships. How do you mix up in this society?
If you are still proud to be a programmer, this is the most terrible thing!
I woke up a bit, but I regret it too late.
When I feel powerless about a lot of things, I feel really heartbroken.
Fortunately, many things can be started no matter how late it is, as the brother in the previous article said, 33 years old or not!
Yes, it can be started. It is not over yet.
