1. sales. I have never liked the sales involved in my startup. For this reason, I have been crying many times. When my partners are frustrated and anxious, although I am not a sales engineer, but I have to shoulder the sales and marketing banners. Final proof-I am a sales engineer. If you are the founder, you must understand sales. You may not need to sell them from door to door, but you must have the ability. I haven't done very well yet, because I love the limelight and talk a lot. But I make progress every day. Now I understand that sales is a core part of the successful start-up process and I am enjoying it!

2. meet new people. I am a very extrovert, but I am very restrained on formal occasions. I clearly remember the first time I attended a technology conference a few years ago, I have two big glasses of beer before I dare to talk to others. Now this is a small case for me. When you know that "others are just as cautious as you are, you are relieved. In addition to improving your communication skills, you can also know what cool projects others are working on.

3. ask a question. listen to your questions before you start. This applies to your customers, colleagues, other entrepreneurs, and anyone. I am already a listener. Listening gives me the opportunity to ask useful questions. It is especially useful when we develop a new function, our customers are willing to provide us with more feedback than ever before. I just need to ask.

4. stick to your own position when you encounter important issues . I am a bit unopposed (I usually call it "Enlightened"), and I often see advantages in various aspects of things, therefore, it is difficult for me to say which party should be supported against which party. However, after such a long period of start-up, I understand that there is only one way to survive. I have to choose one party and move on, this is especially important when talking to potential investors or media reporters. These people are always able to ask some questions, and I must answer a concise point of view, and make them stand up.

5. concise.One of the most important things I learned at the Technology Conference is conciseness. If I can express what I am doing very concisely, I will be more likely to attract others' attention. If I'm bored with someone who keeps talking about her projects, others will get bored when I do. So I have prepared three versions of languages to introduce my projects, 15 s, 30 s, and 60 s.

6. accept others' suggestions.The once conceited 21-year-old boy is gone forever, and now I understand the value of external suggestions. I remember hearing such a sentence, when you know what you don't know, not what you know, you are a wise man. I think this is very important. You must have an expert.

7. Judgment.Whether talking to strangers, thinking about which email to reply first, or knowing when to close my MBP for a while, I can better tell which ones I like to do now than before, what should be done. Entrepreneurship is a series of choices. There is never enough time to do everything here. So every day I make countless choices to decide how to spend the day, I usually consider two things and then select a better one. experience leads to better decisions.
