For the JTAG has been configured for other functions, but unable to write the program, the boot0 changed to 1 and then press reset and then the emulator is good, because boot0 changed to 1, does not start from flash, JTAG pin will not be initialized, When using cube, be aware that the JTAG pin is not initialized to normal IO
