Strong/If type language dynamic/static language

Weak/strong type refers to the degree of rigor of type checking for a language type system . Dynamic/static refers to the binding method of a variable and a type . 

weak types are less restrictive than strong types, such as allowing implicit conversions of variable types, allowing coercion of type conversions, and so on. Strongly typed languages are generally not allowed to do so. 

 weakly typed language variables do an implicit conversion type when doing operations
The data type of the value of a strongly typed language variable cannot be changed once it is determined

 Dynamic Languages : Data types are not known at compile time, only data types are known at execution time
 Static language : Data type checking at compile time, knowing the type of each variable

static type refers to the compiler performing type checking at compile time,
A dynamic type refers to a compiler (virtual machine) performing type checking at runtime. 
simply put, after declaring a variable, you cannot change the language of its type, it is a static language; You can change it at any time .
the language of the type, is the dynamic language. Because of the nature of dynamic languages, runtime virtual machine support is generally required. 

Python is a strongly typed language, dynamic language
JS is a weakly typed language, dynamic language
The variable does not need to determine the data type (a = undefined) at the time of declaration, and only determines the data type when it is run.
