2: Download Sublime Text 2

: HTTP://WWW.SUBLIMETEXT.COM/2, choose the right version for yourself

3: Click "Tools", "Compile system", "Sublime_text", "Compile new system"

Enter the compilation script
Enter as follows:

}
Save to Sublime Tex in the Packages\user directory, below is my directory (WIN8):
C:\Users\tlw\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 2\packages\user
File name: Php.sublime-build

4: Test

Create a new PHP file, then write a test program and press Ctrl + B to see the output.
