Server environment: Windows Server R2 Enterprise Edition, Visual svnserver 2.6.5

Unable to check out code, found SVN service off, manual start error:

Event Viewer:

Error:no listening sockets available, shutting down
Error:unable to open logs

Cause: The port is occupied

Solve:

Visual svnserver-Menu-"action-" properties-"Network View port is 433"

Netstat-ano View Port Situation, 443 port is occupied by PID 4 process, this is the system process, view IIS found that there is a Web site occupied 433 port

Modify the port to resolve the conflict.
