Software Process: a collection of all technical and management activities throughout the process of building, maintaining, and evolving software products.

CMM (Capacity maturity Model Software Process Capability maturity Model) a series of criteria and frameworks for evaluating and determining the development capability and standardized procedures of software organizations at Carnegie Mellon University, there are rules for each level.
