Testing of CMOS Image sensor

The test for CMOS Image sensor has
1. AWB White balance (light box and GretagMacbeth Colorchecker and Imatest)
2. Gray Gray Scale (light box and KODAK testing card)
3. Dynamic Range (light box and ISO14524 dynamic range test Card
4. AE Exposure convergence Range (light source Box)
5. Color reduction color (DNP, color bar,imatest) DNP Transmission Line light source
6. Power frequency Interference flicker (50,60 HZ light source)
7. Dark Angle Test Lens shaing (another is the relative illuminance, Relative illumination, generally directly to the DNP look on the line) [
8. Bad & Black Point test (defect pixel and particle, general image software has the ability to find bad points)

9. Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR, with Imatest and GretagMacbeth Colorchecker to get accurate values

1, AWB, for the AWB what kind of standard is acceptable in the range, such as in the light box of different color temperature under the white balance to restore to what degree is acceptable;
5, color Restore this understanding, basically is 24 color card in lab space to see the average variance of lab and AB can get an acceptable range.

White balance of the standards are different, some only see 20~23 color block of WB error not more than 0.1. Some of the main look 21 color block not more than 0.05
The mean variance of lab and AB is related to saturation, and the range of saturation is determined first. It is generally required in 110%~120%.

In addition, I am afraid the color reduction can not be tested under DNP, DNP color temperature is mostly 5100k or 3100k. and debugging lens shading environment is preferably 6500k or 6000k

If the shading with 6500K light box, then how should do. Because DNP is a transmissive light box, the 6500K light box currently I only know SPL, but it is reflective type. For reflective light boxes, how to measure shading,

can be used diffuser (like diffusion film) between the light source and the camera, the source for the module is a uniform surface light source.
