The computer displays a USB flash drive, but cannot read

Problem:

One of my memory card useless, put on the reader, just start to use, but to later, suddenly found:

After inserting the card reader, just show the USB flash drive prompt in the bottom corner of the U, prompt "Turn on device and print" or "Safely Remove Hardware". But I can't see the disk in My computer, let alone open it.

So I changed a computer, but I could read it.

Solve:

Insert a USB flash drive, open Disk Management, you can see the name of your USB flash drive and the information, select the disk, into the format, or initialize. Then add a drive letter. Reinsert the USB drive and use it.
