We found that the mac address in the virtual machine configuration file is inconsistent with the mac address of the debian system due to the migration of virtual machines.

Solution:
Open *. vmx in the Virtual Machine directory with a text editor, find the ethernet0.generatedAddress field, and write down the mac address.

Start debian, edit/etc/udev/rules. d/z25_persistent-net.rules, replace the old mac address with the new mac address, and restart debian.

In addition, Ubuntu also has this problem. The solution is to edit/etc/iftab and replace the old mac address.
