The GUI in the Linux virtual machine is directed to cygwin-X -- Linux Enterprise Application-Linux server application information. The following is a detailed description. Host: Windows XP
Virtual Machine: Redhat9
Install Cygwin-X on the host (if you have trouble installing all the software packages in Cygwin)
Open cygwin bash shell, input X, and start X server (the server runs on the host machine)
After the X server is enabled, you can enter xterm-display 127.0.0.1: 0.0-ls in the shell. Then, a terminal is displayed in the X server. You can enter the command, in xterm, enter xhost + 192.168.200.5 (Virtual Machine ip address)
In the Redhat9 virtual machine, export DISPLAY = 10.1.10.68: 0 (ip address of the host)
Then, any image operations on the virtual machine can be displayed in Cygwin-X.
