The win7 computer printer prompts "printing service is disabled" solution

1. Press "Win + R" and click "services. msc" in the pop-up menu to open the page. The details are as follows;

2. Find the print Splooer service in the service in Manage. Right-click it and click "stop" in the pop-up menu, as shown in the following figure;

3. Now we are on the system disk of the computer. I am using "drive C"-"windows"-"system32". Then we can find “spoolsv.exe and delete it;

4. Open drive C-WINDOWS-system32-spool-PRINTERS in the system, and clear all the files in the PRINTRTS folder, if not, disable it;

5. Press "Win + R". In the pop-up menu, enter "regedit" and press Enter. Open "registry editor", as shown in the following figure;

6. Click "edit", "spoolsv", and "spoolsv". Then, click the folder and delete all the items on the right;

8. Click to download the "spoolsv" file and decompress the downloaded package to the "C drive"-"windows"-"system32" folder;

9. Press "Win + R" and call out for operation. Enter "services. msc" and press enter to open the service window;

10. Find the print Splooer service, right-click it, and click Enable.
